Design
Our product design knowledge and ability carries directly over to our CAD modeling service and drawing layout service. We have the ability to easily integrate our customer’s product-specific ideas into their 3D CAD design as well as make significant innovative contributions to the final product. Where our customers have developed deep product and industry knowledge of their products, we use that with good modeling and drafting practices to augment their internal capacities.
CAD
Computer-aided design (CAD) involves creating computer models defined by geometrical parameters. These models typically appear on a computer monitor as a three-dimensional representation of a part or a system of parts, which can be readily altered by changing relevant parameters. CAD systems enable designers to view objects under a wide variety of representations and to test these objects by simulating real-world conditions. We are using AutoCAD & Solid works for 2D/3D designing of part & components making and manufacturing with higher productivity of system.
AutoCAD
AutoCAD is a commercial Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and drafting software application developed and marketed by Autodesk. With AutoCAD, we get access to seamless workflows, specialized industry toolsets, and new automations to help achieve the ultimate productivity in 2D and 3D design.

SolidWorks
SolidWorks is a solid modeling computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided engineering (CAE) application published by Dassault Systèmes. We can create 2D Drawings, 3D models, Assembly, Sheetmetal component, Mold design, Tool & Fixture design or any design you want.

CAM
Computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) uses geometrical design data to control automated machinery. CAM systems are associated with computer numerical control (CNC) or direct numerical control (DNC) systems. These systems differ from older forms of numerical control (NC) in that geometrical data are encoded mechanically. Since both CAD and CAM use computer-based methods for encoding geometrical data, it is possible for the processes of design and manufacture to be highly integrated. Computer-aided design and manufacturing systems are commonly referred to as CAD/CAM. We have wide range of CNC machines that all control by Fanuc, Siemens & CAM software.

GD&T
All of our engineers are certified in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Since each engineer is also trained and gains experience through our Senior Engineers, we have gained practical knowledge in print interpretation and application of good GD&T practices in our modeling and drafting work. Our dimensional layouts go beyond the theoretical into the functional and practical.
