FORGED & MACHINED COMPONENTS

We are one of the leading suppliers of Forged & machined components. We manufacture forged & machined components as per customer requirement in different dimensions & grades.

Forging is the process of heating, deforming, and finishing a piece of metal. Components are made by forcing materials into customized shapes either by the force of a falling ram upon an anvil or by a die press enclosing a piece of metal and squeeze-forming the part.

We have a great number of in-house down stroke & up stroke forging units with latest technology for temperature control. Total process is thoroughly monitored and temperatures are controlled with the help of pyrometers.

We provide various coatings and colours according to the specification of the customer. We offer Self-finish, natural finish, Zinc plated, yellow finished, blue finished, black finished bolts, hot dip galvanized (HDG), geomat, ptfe, xylon coating etc.

Types of Forged & Machined Components we are Manufactured

img Bush

We do forging on any type of bush from ½” to 4”. Then we do machining & drilling on it.

img Motor Shafts

The material used for a typical motor shaft is mild steel, but once high strength is needed, alloy steel such as chromium-vanadium, nickel, and nickel-chromium is used. We can make shaft from 5 mm to 300 mm.

img Automotive Components

We do Forged parts include bulkheads, wing roots and spars, hinges, engine mounts, brackets, beams, shafts, bell cranks, landing-gear cylinders and struts, wheels, brake carriers and discs, and arresting hooks.

img Forged Flange’s

We manufacture Forged flanges are used as a linking part to create a pipework network for cylinders, valves, pumps, and other devices. We can make flanges as per customer drawings & sizes.

Average temperatures for hot forging include:

  • Aluminum (Al) Alloys – 360° (680°F) to 520°C (968°F);
  • Copper (Cu) Alloys – 700°C (1 292°F) – 800°C (1 472°F);
  • Steel – up to 1150°C (2 102°F)

Advantages of Hot Forging:

  • Increased ductility
  • Better results
  • Complex shapes
  • High precision
  • Enhanced stiffness
  • Superior quality
  • Size: Minimum 0.5 Inch
  • Weight: Minimum 50 gm.
