We at Roll-Fast have been supplying Nacelle Studs for Wind Power industry for more than 10 years. We provide complete fastener solutions to the wind energy sector. We are your one stop solution to all kinds of fasteners for this industry, with our state-of-the-art automated manufacturing, heat treating, coating and inspection systems, any kind of fastener for this renewable sector is possible for us.

We manufacture Nacelle Studs in 10.9 grade using high quality alloy and carbon steel material for Tower assembly and wind energy sector, We also manufacture fasteners in 8.8 & 12.9 grade as per customer needs. Our Nacelle Studs are used extensively in the on shore and offshore areas in the wind energy sector in India, Europe, and USA. Nacelle studs are manufactured as per European and American standard in PLAIN, Black and hot dip galvanised (HDG) finish, wherever applicable we can also provide these bolts in special coatings like PTFE, Geomet and Dacromet finish.

We also provide Studs fitted with heat shrink or rigid plastic debonding sleeves. Our Packaging department follows a strict tolerance policy for packaging and material handling.

We maintain proper reports regarding material inspection, handling, manufacturing process and every other smallest to smallest detail.

What is Wind Turbine Nacelle?

Nacelles are the part of the turbines that house the components that transform the wind’s kinetic energy into mechanical energy to turn into a generator that produces electricity.

Nacelle studs manufactured here at Roll-fast are available in different dimensions, grades, length of threads, fully threaded etc. We manufacture in range starting from M16 to M80 and ½” to 3”.

In-house quality inspection for coatings and fasteners

All our critical processes, including hardening, hot-dip galvanising & Zinc Flake Coating, and quality inspections are performed at our in-house facilities, to ensure the quality of our solutions for use in harsh environments . All items are offered with EN10204 3.1 certifications featuring full traceability for the fasteners, also after installation.
