Hinge manufacturing involves a certain degree of heat treatment. We have in-house furnaces from Dowa High-temp japan that gives higher strength & hardness to hinges. The material is machine heated first, in a heating unit or industrial oven to make it more stronghold. Heating or melting the forming material makes it easier to form into various shapes and change its chemical composition.
